職務内容 The Position

This is an HR Director position.

Their business expansion leads to the need of a strong talent to lead their HR team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives that align with the business strategy as an HR Director. As the leader of human resources, you will support the company in practical and strong way. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to stakeholders and partners. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.


必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience

·         Organizes, integrates and directs all human resources activities; develops and implements policies and programs.

·         Designs, develops and administers compensation and benefits programs, including wage administration and review, performance management.

·         Ensures the compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

·         Responsible for HR information communication, and labor relations and negotiations.

·         Advises the CEO

·         Experience as high-level HR generalists/HR business partner with strong experience in recruiting and people management in the Japan market.

·         Good conceptual skills with the ability to understand business directions and develop strategic HR plans to meet business needs.

·         Good understanding of the changing HR environment, best practices and emerging trends.

·         Working experiences in global companies 

·         Experiences for company rules/ HR scheme integration in terms of M&A or related situation
