The Lead HR collaborates with the leadership team to enable measurable difference in employee focus and increase productivity. The role formulates partnerships across the human resource department to facilitate the delivery of value-added services to management. This position holder is also required to guide team members on the deployment of HR processes, track and ensure compliance and contribute to capability building of own team.
Proactive support of the delivery of HR processes across businesses in the country
Manage end to end recruitment
Support and update the organization on all employee relations/ compliance matters
Assess risk and identify gaps in employee relation processes and conduct skip level sessions and employee engagement.
Drive business performance by building a strong relationship with the internal client
Support the Head HR by providing possible solutions for employee retention and development
Work with Head HR to design key job positions and succession plans
Challenge organizational structure and actively design improvements
Work across business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level
Provide support and guidance for managers and staff on HR issues including employment legislation
Oversee the various HR Operations such as issuance of Certification Letter, onboarding, offboarding, and various HR Lifecycle
Ensure governance and reporting to the functional and business stakeholders
Support deployment of function-specific initiatives
Design and implement internal and external branding surveys by discussing with HR Senior Leadership and relevant unit leaders..
