Our client, a retail company, is now looking for a Temporary Senior HR Officer (3 months contract) to join their professional team.
Coordinate with regional HR colleagues by providing support in HR System implementations including end user testing, data migration, and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
Prepare and monitor on payroll calculations and reports for the responsible countries
Assist on employee compensation and benefits at regional level, such as social security contribution, medical insurance, employee discount
Assist in consolidating regional regular reports, budgeting and data analysis
Maintain accurate employees related records
Assist in ad hoc tasks and other HR related projects as assigned
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
At least 4 years solid working experience. (Exposure in retail industry is highly preferred)
Knowledge of overseas labour ordinance is an advantage
Good numerical sense
Responsible, detail-minded and willing to take up challenges
Excellent in communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as a team
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Good proficiency of MS Office (especially of MS Excel), ExDoc or Workday system
