Job Description


  • Manage team member to handle end-to-end recruitment process for both frontline and office role, from candidate searching, job ads posting, CV screening and shortlisting, interview arrangement and holding, offer making, reference checking to onboarding arrangement.
  • Identify company recruitment need and develop recruitment plan.
  • Cooperate with end-user (team heads) for Job Descriptions and Requirements development.
  • Prepare offer proposal for management approval.
  • Research for relevant companies and competitors recruitment activities and prepare salary benchmarking.
  • Research for market trend and recruitment channels.
  • Prepare relevant recruitment reports.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.


  • Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • At least 6 years recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience gained from similar industry or agencies is preferable.
  • Mature, responsible and good interpersonal skill.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and strong in communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS applications.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Recruiter.
