Work you will do


You will be part of Deloitte Southeast Asias Talent Acquisition team which delivers recruitment strategy and execution to our fast growing management consulting practice. You will give the best in class experience to our hiring managers, internal stakeholders, external agencies and most importantly our prospective candidates.

Your role:

  • Engage line managers in understanding their hiring needs, including job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Employ effective sourcing strategies and techniques to identify suitable candidates.
  • Handle logistics including candidate interviews, reference checks, salary negotiation, offer processing.
  • Manage needs of prospective candidates through effective communication.
  • Report on regular basis to stakeholders about candidate pipelining, talent mapping and effectiveness of recruitment plans.
  • Support assignments or projects (as required) to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.

    If you are someone with:

  • Tertiary qualification from a respected institution.
  • 8+ years of full cycle executive recruitment experience, with combination of agency, RPO and in-house experience.
  • Experience in hiring and sourcing for candidates from the Digital industry is an added advantage
  • Solid ability in sourcing candidates and conducting competency based interviews.
  • Proven achiever in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Effective user of recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to handle people tactfully and sensitively.
