Roles & Responsibilities

What Youll Do:

  • Develop, implement and execute hiring strategies for multiple tech requisitions across the Tech & Product space
  • Deliver an amazing and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Perform recruitment data collection and analysis
  • Establish innovative strategies for talent pipelines in niche areas to support current and future needs of the business
  • Held accountable for recruiting technical roles by using traditional and creative sourcing methods for candidates locally
  • Driving related projects around employer branding, early careers, graduate events, diversity & inclusion, process improvements and the candidate/hiring manager experience
  • Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • You are passionate for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Creative problem-solving, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working in a vibrant and fast-paced environment
  • A strong command of English (spoken and written)
