Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will be an instrumental partner on all internal and external talent acquisition projects, own large cross functional programs, act as a subject matter expert in optimization, continuous process improvement and process automation. You will work closely with a team of recruiters and people leaders across the company to help create sustainable talent acquisition and recruiting programs to enhance and streamline internal recruitment delivery. This position reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.


  • Lead the delivery of strategic, high-impact cross-functional Talent Acquisition initiatives from ideation to launch.
  • Dive deep into internal recruitment processes and identify opportunities to automate, optimize and decrease time to fill, improving customer experiences and program scalability.
  • Compile and analyze data and metrics to support talent acquisition strategy.
  • Identify inefficiencies and barriers for Talent Acquisition; partner with the team to come up with solutions that make the Talent Acquisition team innovative.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to deliver function-wide and company-wide initiatives that increase quality of talent and hiring efficiency.
  • Identify and create solutions that help keep Talent Acquisition and hiring managers well-informed and aligned.
  • Be the Talent Acquisition team's go-to person for documentation, implementation and roll-out plans, requests, and questions.
  • Ensure compliance within programs and processes, partnering with appropriate parties when necessary.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Operations, Program Management or Consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering results by working both independently and collaboratively with global teams as appropriate to drive buy in for program objectives.
  • Ability to operate effectively even with only high-level direction in a fast-paced environment, with a desire both to learn new techniques and teach others.
  • High sense of urgency, ability to multitask, and wear many hats on a daily basis.
  • Understanding of employer brand marketing principles is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels.
