As the Talent Acquisition SME, you will report directly into the Singapore based Head of Talent Acquisition, South East Asia, Oceania & India and youll join a team which delivers over 800+ internal and external hires in the digital (IT & Cloud) and telco space every year. Our TA team is a combination of an inhouse recruiting function and a RPO partner, with a shared goal, to source and attract the best talent for Ericsson!

What you will do

Joining the core TA leadership team and Ericsson's global TA community, you will co-create our recruitment strategy and implement critical transformation projects, key business deal deliveries and so much more. Your core focus areas will be:

  • Support TA delivery, with the goal of delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Drive our diversity and inclusion recruitment goals.
  • Lead transformation and digital evolution of the TA function, including technology pilot's and implementation (we love technology)
  • Drive market mapping and executive level hiring for business critical senior appointments.
  • Partner with local and global stakeholders for TA strategies, programs and initiatives.
  • Your work experience ideally includes the following:

  • Full life cycle talent acquisition operational experience in a multinational or global organization (technology background not crucial, however highly valued)
  • Experience executing TA projects where you have prioritized and planned your time, working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An adaptable stakeholder management style, with the ability to partner with stakeholders across different cultural backgrounds, communication styles, and ways of working.
  • Be results orientated and tenaciously driven to raise the bar on TA outcomes.
  • Articulate ideas and think laterally to overcome obstacles and tackle problems.
  • Have strong analytic skills to take a data driven approach to analyze, influence, strategize and educate.
