Job Description

Our client is a from Real Estate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central easily accessible.

Duties:

  • Responsible in managing end to end recruitment process including sourcing, interview, salary proposal, onboarding & off boarding process, orientation and exit interview
  • Responsible in providing HR business partnering and HR support to the Line Managers
  • Responsible in managing employees life-cycle activities for the operating departments, which including recruitment, work pass related issues, benefits administration, career counselling and exit management
  • Responsible in posting and maintaining job ads on various recruitment job posting channels
  • Responsible in liaising and managing contacts with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing as well as work closely with institutions for recruitment, internships collaboration
  • Responsible in assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes, i.e., preparation of employment contract, staff induction
  • Responsible in managing HR administrative duties, i.e., preparation of HR-related letters, work pass application for renewal and cancellation, maintaining P-File and HR documentation
  • Responsible in assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and initiatives
  • Responsible in supporting HQ functions with administrative functions including IT procurement, mobilisations of projects preparations, email creation, name card order etc
  • Responsible in overseeing and managing all other HR-related matters as well as supporting on the strategic and human resource administrative requirements
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Requirements :

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant field
  • Min 5 years experience in HR and recruitment working
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Applications is a bonus
  • Prior experience working in real estate industry will be advantageous
