In this role you will develop and execute regional recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the growth of the business in APAC. You willdesign and execute functional Talent Acquisition roadmap and priorities in line with our companys strategy, business objectives and HR agenda.
Reporting to the HR Director and as part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will drive and support talent efforts for the APAC region. You will lead the strategies for external and internal recruiting, university relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion talent pipeline as well as employer branding with a focus on attracting the best possible talent. You will also develop regional strategy ensuring that the right technology platforms, processes and metrics are in place to fill job openings efficiently and cost effectively across all markets.
You will leverage data and insights to partner with stakeholders and prove your understanding of the business and its needs. Expect to manage recruitment workflow efficiency, third-party vendors, as well as share your knowledge with other functional leaders of the business.
By effective multi-tasking you will provide excellent customer service and build solid working relationships with our internal and external clients. Together with HR and business colleagues, you identify talent gaps and future pipelining needs and derive sourcing and recruiting strategies.
With the shift towards an applicant market, we as a company need to build and promote a strong employer brand. You will design standards in order to provide a fast, professional and positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers, and ensure an excellent onboarding experience for employees and leaders. The candidate experience should always be at the top of mind.
Tasks & responsibilities
You are self-directed, results-focused, with strong project management skills. This role requires excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with C-level executives and directors. Additionally, previous experience with industrial-driven organizations and TA plan design experience is required.
