We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us scale our business and drive our hiring across APAC. We are looking for an engaging individual to join a high performing team where there is a real focus on direct hiring. You will play a vital role in the delivery of vacancies across a diverse mix of roles from Market Development, Product Management, Customer Delivery, Account Management and Sales to support our APAC key growth areas. Own end to end recruiting for assigned clients, from sourcing to closing candidates Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles and provide ongoing market intelligence. Manage certain aspects of team operations: requisition assignment and capacity, vendor relations, and interfacing with administrators of HRIS/ATS/other related systems. Lead recruitment update meetings for assigned client groups and partner with Human Resources Business Partners, Total Rewards and Global Mobility throughout the recruitment In partnership with DEI and larger P&C team and others, execute on hiring initiatives that ensure a diverse talent pool and an inclusive candidate/employee experience. Manage, evaluate, and develop innovative direct sourcing plans and external partnerships. All About You Track record delivering hiring results in a fast paced, high-volume environment, hiring for mid-senior niche skills across the region, in an in-house/RPO on-site environment Demonstrated success identifying new candidate pools and sources for mid to senior roles that may be hard to fill Preferred is a good understanding and experience of the (Fintech) technology market for commercial functions Experience implementing talent acquisition programs/processes including candidate screening, assessment and selection in a fast-paced, high volume and matrixed environment Experience developing and executing direct sourcing, marketing and branding strategies across multiple countries in APAC Demonstrated success interacting with senior leadership, working with partners across other business units and geographic markets in support of cross-functional program Trusted advisor with a successful track record in building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization with stakeholders across multiple geographical locations Agile communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload and work well in an environment with competing demands (while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.) Experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems and social media platforms Metrics-oriented, analytical thinker who is able to analyze, interpret, present and act upon data COVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know were all in this together.In many locations, which may change over time, weve implemented a virtual hiring process and continue to interview candidates by video or phone.
