Responsibilities

  • Develop and ensure consistent implementation of Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives, programs and tools including elements such as assessment and selection frameworks, integration with other processes and budgets
  • Project manage implementation of recruiting centers across the region in close collaboration of local TA Leads ensuring consistency in terms of employer branding, processes and tools
  • Ensure alignment of standardized Talent Acquisition processes and applicant tracking systems
  • Determine and advise on recruitment methods, channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Agencies, Universities) and selection tools
  • Define regional recruitment needs, and pro-actively support and execute sourcing plan for selected senior and/or critical roles together with Business Managers and local HR
  • Ensure processes, policies and approaches are regularly reviewed to remove bias and prevent discrimination as per D&I policy statement
  • Oversee effective workforce planning identifying and developing pipeline to meet current and future resourcing and business needs
  • Prepare plans and oversee execution of achievement of desired Employer Branding and promote DHL brand
  • Provide support for Graduate Recruitment and Internship programs recruitment marketing
  • Design frameworks and ensure consistency of regional On-boarding processes and Induction programs
  • Manage regional/global vacancy approval process for overhead and customer-funded roles
  • Report on TA KPIs and provide regular insights via respective performance dashboards
  • Resolve issues related to Resourcing, integration of key processes and data analytics
  • Conduct external talent mapping exercise and keep up to date with industry best practices
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers for selected roles and ensure deliverables are met in terms of quality, cost and time to fill.

  • Talent Acquisition Experience more than 6 years
