Roles & Responsibilities


As part of Singapore Talent Acquisition team, to promote Singapore team as the hub of world-class top talents, our goal is to create an empowered and innovated recruitment team to meet the needs of rapid-growth business while promoting a positive employee brand.

University Relations

  • Building up and maintain good relationship with Singapore Universities
  • Improving company brand name in Singapore market especially Top Universities by designing and organizing varied programs with both faculties and students
  • Establish connections with the committees of worldwide top olympic competitions and other world-class competitions by organizing collaboration activities to attract best of the talents to Singapore
  • Design and implement the fellowship and internship programs
  • Drive university recruitment process, implementing the branding strategy.
  • Promote the UR programs and work with business leaders to implement the programs with students and faculty, deliver the university recruitment presentations
  • Experienced Recruitment

  • Work together with local management team and HQ Business leaders to manage the recruitment needs / HCs / budgets etc.
  • Manage / expend the local sourcing channels, lower the recruitment costs
  • Fulfill the recruitment needs, complete all the necessary process, flows.
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirements.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Prepare the recruitment reports as per organizations requirements
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or above in any field
  • Familiar with universitys programs, has connections with university career office or students committee
  • At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity and people management experiences is a plus
  • Has both campus and experienced recruitment experiences, used to work in similar area in managing university relations for recruitment propose
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; especially in proficient in Power Point, strong in prepare presentation slide.
