We are scaling our teams for success and have exciting opportunities in our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for highly driven, adaptable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will drive digital transformation by leveraging on latest technologies to achieve efficient outcomes yet maintaining the human touch. If you are adept in attracting talents and an advocate to drive best in class recruitment solutions, we are keen to talk to you.

  • Develop, lead and execute recruitment plans to attract the best and brightest talents
  • Drive strategy for direct sourcing, employee referrals and internal mobility
  • Understand business complexities and implement sourcing strategies for niche roles Lead team to drive efficiency and bringing new ideas to improve candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Establish yourself as the expert and trusted talent acquisition partners with hiring managers
  • The ideal candidate should have/ be:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 4 years in-house and/or agency recruitment experience
  • Strong process and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead team and work under pressure
  • Ability to promote and build a high-performance culture
  • Experience in HR Business Partner experience in the tech sector will be an advantage
