Chab Events is actively looking for an enthusiastic and talented in-house Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing Tribe. You will play a critical role in the companys success by identifying and attracting the best talents for our developing needs. The ideal candidate is dynamic, resourceful, a strong communicator and has the ability to work autonomously.
What You Will Be Doing Partner with stakeholders to execute on Chabs hiring strategy; Work closely with business to understand organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers. Utilize this information to develop most effective recruiting strategies; Identify, approach, interview and assess a diverse pool of candidates ranging from entry level to senior positions; Build strong talent pipelines, execute sourcing campaigns and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process; Deliver an amazing, engaging and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process; Build compelling job descriptions and advertise them on appropriate channels/job boards; Perform recruitment data collection and analysis; and Any other HR/Recruitment projects as assigned.
About you: Are a talent hunter who deploys creative methods to ensure Chabs talents team is the best that there is; Proven experience in talent acquisition /sourcing experience in a fast-growth environment; Extensive knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools, techniques and mediums; Ability to prioritise workloads, multi-task and manage multiple relationships; Highly detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills; High level of integrity and able to manage confidentiality; Self-starter, able to work autonomously and succeed through personal drive; Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Communications or related courses will be a plus; Demonstrated strengths in recruitment and selection processes; Enjoy working in a vibrant and fast-paced environment; and Building winning teams is your passion!
