As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the following:

  • Develop, lead and execute recruitment plans to attract the best and brightest talents for business units/corporate functions
  • Drive strategy for direct sourcing, employee referrals and internal mobility
  • Coach hiring managers during the interviewing and selection process with beat practices
  • Build an effective candidate pipeline, keeping a pulse on the market and network
  • Build the employer brand with innovative ways to stand out from the crowd.
  • Optimise the TA process to provide human-centric experience for every candidate from the application stage to the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
  • This position will be required to take on regional talent acquisition roles in the near future according to expansion plans.
  • Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as TA Manager or similar HR role in FMCG/Retail/O2O space
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, Team player
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
