Roles & Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible in delivering Pacteras sourcing strategy as well as managing the recruitment process in ASEAN.


  • Develop and implement effective talent pipeline and manpower strategies in ASEAN to attract talents and build a strong pool for candidates to meet the robust business needs and objectives
  • Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders and department managers to ensure the talent pipeline is met
  • Manage the internship program by developing a strong relationship with educational institutions
  • Establish a good working relationship with key vendors, contractors and government agencies
  • Source for different creative avenues proactively to attract talents to ensure our manpower needs are met and anticipate future manpower needs
  • Suggest new ideas for improving our talent acquisition activities and initiatives to gain competitive advantage in our sourcing strategy
  • Motivate, train and coach a team of recruiters in ASEAN
  • Work closely with HR to deliver good recruitment practices and enhance the overall candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding of new hires
  • Conduct periodic research of industry trends and competitions, market insights and talent landscape
  • Lead employer branding strategy
  • Prepare talent acquisition reports as required and ensure its prompt and accurate submission
  • Analyse recruitment data and take appropriate actions to address any gaps
  • Contribute to other projects on an ad hoc basis
  • Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding, preferably in the IT industry
  • Experience in managing high volume recruitment will be an advantage
  • Familiar with the hiring landscape in Singapore, Malaysia and India
  • Strongly proficient in MS Office, sourcing online tools, social media and job boards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly competent in conducting behavioural interviews and candidate assessments
  • Dynamic, agile and goal-driven
  • Highly collaborative and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong networking capabilities and ability to establish good connections with people
  • Able to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced and challenging environment
