Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a right candidate to lead Talent Acquisition function for the Singapore Division. This candidate will need to plan, develop and drive sourcing strategies in consultations with hiring managers to meet headcount forecast and to provides managerial leadership and development for direct reports and business partners.


Your will be responsible in a regional role supporting Singapore recruitment needs. You will develop and execute the companys directions in recruitment to meet the current and future manpower requirements to support business growth. You are required to build a strong pipeline of talents with specialized skills through active networking and targeted sourcing and to oversee the campus recruitment programmes


You should possess a degree specialized in HRM, with at least 12 years of experience with 3 years in managerial capacity, in talent acquisition or a regional role. You should also have a good understanding of local employment and industrial relations acts, possess good knowledge. You will possess good knowledge and network around sourcing channels and talent management in relevant industry.
