About the Role

We are a rapidly growing startup and seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who is passionate and experienced with delivering quality hires. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to bring in great people who are connected to our mission. You will play a critical role in scaling our startup to the next level.


  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
  • Identify key talent gaps in our organization. Analyze requirements as the company scales to determine target profile needs
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Source, screen, engage and close candidates
  • Manage all recruiting coordination activities internally and externally.
  • Provide the best candidate experience that stresses transparency, empathy, and fairness
  • Drive the offer process, including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
  • Facilitate the onboarding process of new hires
  • Minimum Qualification:

  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or at an agency
  • Demonstrated ability to source, screen, engage and close candidates
  • Experience sourcing and closing profiles ranging from entry level to senior management positions
  • Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
  • Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools
  • Be naturally organized and excited about efficiency and improving processes
  • Ability to consult, influence, and manage a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in developing complex compensation packages and general HR requirements as related to hiring
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical recruiting experience in software development or digital marketing
  • Experience with regional and international talent management
  • Experience working in a technology startup
