We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven person who can lead and drive the Talent Acquisition, to join our team. You will be responsible planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify organisations needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.
  • Manage hirings and owning the full recruitment cycle for Philippines, South-East Asia region and report into Singapore HQ.
  • Anticipate the organisations future and working closely with hiring managers, TA and HR team.
  • Ensure to develop a sustainable talent acquisition and sourcing strategies that deliver the right talent within the timelines.
  • Hands-on sourcing potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Build a solid candidate pipeline that attracts a diverse range of quality candidates that share our values and ability to remain agile in a fast moving, hyper-growth organization.
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities and strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business.
  • Manage and deliver reports and data on a timely basis.
  • Requirements:

  • Experience in owning end to end recruitment activities with a strong understanding of technical acquisition.
  • Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions.
  • Interpersonal and motivational skills; you should be capable of building relationships across the organisation.
  • Increasing talent sourcing within an organisation by improving direct hiring.
  • Analytical and capable of reading data and reports to assess complex information.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
