Position Summary Thycotic is looking for an experienced, full life cycle Recruiter to augment our fast-paced Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The role will be focused on any combination of candidate sourcing and selection, compensation negotiation and employment offers, and developing recruiting strategies and well as managing the managers expectations and delivering high standards.The ideal candidate has stellar attention to detail skills, strong planning and organization skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines, a high level of professionalism and an understanding of the confidential nature of Human Resources.This is a remote role that offers a flexible schedule, and reports to the International Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to hiring manager engagement, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing the interview and feedback process, offer negotiation, and candidate dispositioning.
  • Leverage a variety of search techniques, social media channels, and innovative sourcing tools to identify active and passive candidates.
  • Build strong and diverse talent pipelines for current and future positions across all Thycotic departments.
  • Manage candidate workflow through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in TA team meetings and provide weekly updates, and recruiting metrics as required.
  • Develop and manage relationships with International Managers to understand, advise and guide expectations and deliver on promises.
  • Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Experience recruiting for management, technical, and sales positions preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering consistent sourcing and hiring results.
  • Work with a sense of urgency and produce quality work in a quickly changing environment.
  • Experience recruiting in an agency and in-house environment a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems required.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
