Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and play a key role in attracting and recruiting high-potential talent to join the firm.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, your role includes:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle which includes sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing,
extending offers, negotiations, onboarding coordination, and facilitate internal mobility where suitable
Build a robust talent pipeline using a variety of sourcing channels
Work closely with partners and directors to understand their hiring requirements, position specifications, and conduct effective screening
Lead a small team of talent acquisition executives
Develop recruitment strategy to meet the firms hiring objectives and explore creative ways to improve the talent acquisition process
Position and develop employer branding, employee engagement activities and staff retention strategy
Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives

The ideal candidate should possess:

4-5 years of related experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and/or employer branding
Have a strong passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
Possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Able to interact confidently with candidates and senior stakeholders
Able to problem solve and enjoy finding creatives ways to source the right talent
