  • Derive a clear and unambiguous view of short, medium, and long-term Talent Acquisition priorities to support business growth.
  • Clearly identify opportunities to accelerate TA delivery across the NEA and SEA by working closely with business leaders and functional colleagues.
  • Lead and Manage an internal staffing team, ensure that work-load is managed, roles are defined, and the right capabilities are in place for adept sourcing, stakeholder management, and process management. Embed strong culture of accountability and performance.
  • Determine the right team structure (partners, sourcers, advisors etc).
  • Instil strong operational discipline for meetings, stakeholder updates, operating reviews etc.
  • Drive Talent Pooling and development of alternative talent pipelines.
  • Ensure full utilisation of the applicant tracking system to deliver critical measures and Talent Acquisition management information.
  • Form strong links with Talent Management Processes / Teams to help drive internal hiring and succession planning.
  • Hold recruiters, HR Partners, Managers and Leaders accountable for actions and deliverables.
  • Bring Talent Acquisition practice and process which drives I&D agenda in the business.
  • Strong staffing / Talent Acquisition experience in a Leadership role covering more than one country of operation, ideally across NEA and SEA.
  • Have gained experience leading an internal staffing function for a business or running an on-site delivery team for an RPO organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of the Geographic Market, Sourcing Channels and Legislation.
  • Proven ability to operate in a complex multi-business organisation.
  • Experience of managing senior stakeholders and close partnership with business leaders to ensure successful delivery to support business growth.
  • Collation and analyses of staffing / talent acquisition metrics and management information.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills.
  • Working across virtual teams
  • Some project management experience.
  • Have an affinity for data and numbers to bring evidence-based practice to the role.
  • Be able to handle complexity and extract key details from the larger picture.
  • Be a clear and concise communicator and a comfortable presenter.
  • Always deliver on your commitments.
  • Be pragmatic and see things in shades of grey rather than black or white.
