  • Being accountable for the end to end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, focusing on senior level positions
  • Partner closely with business leaders in identifying hiring requirements and understanding workforce needs
  • Develop innovative sourcing methods and recruitment channels to identify suitable candidates
  • Manage the job offer process and negotiate salary packages that are competitive to market trends
  • Develop, manage and maintain a highly-skilled team to assist with talent acquisition initiatives
  • Pushing talent acquisition change programmes from both a strategic and operative level
  • Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
  • Analyse current recruitment methods and put in place improvement plans and align the recruitment function
  • Develop employer branding initiatives and graduate recruitment programmes.
  • You should have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • You will be highly familiar with the end to end Recruitment process and have good understanding of market insights and recruitment trends.
  • You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • You should possess high level of energy and passion to continue to grow the regional business.
