Job Description
Our client is a Global MNC in the software industry, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Town easily accessible.
Duties
- To assist in IT Talent acquisition
- Background knowledge in the software and IT industry
- Understand the lingo of the industry and able to sell the company to candidates
- Sourcing and Screening Talents using various resource
- Work with Hiring Managers for hiring requirements and details
- Liaising with Recruitment vendors in attending to queries and job specifications and requirements
- Managing candidates profile and information.
- Asssit in Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
- Assist in annual data summation and salary benchmarking reports
- Assist in full cycle of recruiting
- Any ad-hoc duty as assign
Requirement
- Min degree in relevant field
- Min 4 years of experience in IT recruiting
- Hands on experience in various job portals such as LinkedIn
- Regional recruiting experience will be added bonus
