Key Duties :

  • Student Recruitment, Retention and Customer Service Handling
  • Provide professional consultation, such as introducing course details and proposing suitable course packages, to prospective customers
  • Handling walk-in inquiries, calls, and customer follow-ups
  • Responsible for overall recruitment affairs, PL, and execution of marketing campaign
  • Monitor students progress, manage teachers progress and communicate with parents to ensure clear understanding of their needs as well as to maintain great customer relations
  • Lead a small team and report to Senior Management


  • Degree Holder or above
  • Prior experience in Education, Service, Retail or Hospitality Industry is Highly Preferred
  • For managerial position, 3 to 5 years or above experience is expected
  • Less experienced will be considered as Student Affairs Officer
  • Result-oriented, Driven and looking for career advancement opportunity
  • Able to multi-task work under pressure
  • Possess a detail-oriented mind with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with using English for day to day communication
  • Responsible, Sensible and Professional Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word Excel)
  • Willing to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays
  • Immediate Availability is an advantage
