- Specific focus on the integration and effective execution of HR programs and projects in the areas of total rewards, talent management & development, talent acquisition and change management to support HR Transformation.
- Effectively oversee the integration of HR-based program/project work
- Coordinate with program owners and stakeholders to ensure project is completed on time
- Responsible for leading all aspects of the implementation, creation of functional documentation
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent courses and above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
