Japan Operations Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer focused Senior Recruiting Manager, with a passion for delighting the client and candidate, to join our global recruiting organization in Japan. You will be supporting our Operations organization leading a team focused on recruiting for roles across Operations in Japan. Your focus will be on leading strategic initiatives across the team that will drive operational excellence in talent attraction, talent assessment and candidate experience in addition to providing hands on coaching and development to a team of recruiters, sourcers and recruitment coordinators. Lead Amazons full life cycle recruiting organization for the Japan Operations Recruiting team.
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics while managing a client-aligned recruiting team.
Manage a team who own finding, scheduling, assessing, and closing entry to senior level candidates such as VP/Director.
Interact with recruiting teams from subsidiaries and international locations to provide consolidated view of organizational staffing.
