We believe in obsessing over the employee experience. Do you? Do you like to build from the ground up and operate in a white space environment? The Worldwide Public Sector Organization is seeking a Sr. HR Program Manager to build and execute Global programs to help advance the employee experience.
Key job responsibilities
As one of the Sr. Program Managers on the team, you will build new programs where needed but you will also leverage and scale existing programs and initiatives. You will have high judgement and customer obsession to determine how best to efficiently deliver programs that resonate with employees. You will take a global approach to every initiative. You will be responsible for overall program strategy as well as managing the details. You will have the opportunity to interface with all levels and geographies. You will have exceptional visibility and the opportunity to influence team strategy and execution in partnership with HR and business leadership.
Successful applicants will be able to do the following:
Own the overall strategy of a large program by successfully managing all stages (from concept to delivery) to address challenging business goals.
Influence team priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks).
Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility.
Ensure your program stays aligned with organizational objectives.
Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences.
A day in the life
Design, implement and manage employee experience programs to support streamlined user experience of key people processes, including identifying and operationalizing opportunities for process improvement and evolution.
Scale services and mechanisms design talent processes and solutions that scale and adapt to our evolving talent needs.
Define key performance metrics develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives.
Communicate new or updated programs and processes to leaders, employees, and cross-functional and geographic organizations.
About the team
This role can be based in the following office locations: Arlington, Seattle, or Singapore

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in program or project management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Bachelors degree in Business, HR or related field
7+ years of relevant work experience in the areas of HR or Talent Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Masters degree in related discipline
Experience working in Global team environment with multiple time zones
Experience creating and building talent and/or leadership development and rotational programs globally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High quality document preparation and presentation skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to create reports and analyze people metrics
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs
