Provide a full range of standard HR services to businesses in the respective countries, including: Staffing, Talent Retention & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits? Lead the HR Organization to ensure operational excellence in HR policies, processes and a robust HR governance ? Focus on maximizing Business unit performance through collaboration and continuous improvement in a lean environment.? Partner with Business Units Managers in attracting and retaining top talents. Establish strong relationships with Country Manager, Business unit HR managers and all related stake holders. Work in collaboration with other Ametek HR professionals in the Corporate functions ? Provide compensation & benefits market benchmarks, maintain local salary grid and levels consistent within individual countries? Ensure consistent implementation of performance management and feedback processes? Develop and manage programs that support a high retention of staff, foster a great work environment, support community involvement, and significantly increase diversity of the workforce? Ensure that training & learning opportunities provided to the employees are fully in line with business and employee needs? Coordinate the integration of acquired business employees? Liaise with government on all labor related issues, ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with local laws and AMETEK policesReporting:? Develop and manage HR plan and budget? Monitor HR metrics and ensure the production of regular HR reports
