You bring a strong HR toolkit with a strong knowledge of employee relations across SEA, HR Operations and have a record of successful execution and delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
- You bring strong leadership coaching skills in addition to a strong understanding of Employee Relations across SEA. You understand the true HR Partner model and being a trusted advisor to your business leaders. You have experience in lifting the capability of leaders and high potential employees, building a highly engaged workforce with your business and are motivated by your HR strategies helping your businesses commercial growth. You will be comfortable with matrix reporting lines and be a key Leader in both the SEA Leadership team and the APAC HR Leadership team.
