Job Description

An international entertainment media group is seeking a bilingual candidate for the role of the HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the companys staffing and talent management operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement HR policies, performance management and compensation schemes
  • Oversee goal-setting, yearly performance review, salary review and bonus determination cycles
  • Resolve labor relations, collective bargaining and labor issues
  • Enforce compliance with labor laws and other requirements, manage changes of employee rules and regulations
  • Manage recruiting, sourcing of temporary employees, hosting of interns, on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Plan, implement and conduct training and development programs, including the implementation of the Home Office-initiated projects in collaboration with the HR team in the HQ

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in HR, especially in labor relation, HR policies planning and compensation
  • Business level verbal and written proficiency in English (TOEIC 800+)
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
