The Service Manager HR (Recruitment) assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions primarily in ensuring that the company hires the best possible talent for the Shangri-La Manila Properties (Makati Shangri-La, Edsa Shangri-La, Shangri-La at The Fort) through sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new creative recruitment ideas.


  • At least 2 years experience in an international hotel in the same capacity.
  • Preferably with extensive background in Human Resource Administration:Recruitment/Placement.
  • Computer Literate (MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
  • Assertive, disciplined and can handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable and active in networking. Has excellent relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter, must be customer-oriented.
  • Skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • A positive role model and a brand ambassador of the company.
  • Local package offered.
