The Senior Technical Recruiter will report directly to the Global Corporate and Technical Recruitment Manager The role will focus in souring, hiring and onboarding entry level to supervisory level IT offshore/onshore roles. This role is vital in successfully reviewing job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions thatll help you identify the right candidate(s). The Technical Recruiter should also be able to understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills.

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements
  • Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager and oversees the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager
  • Client Management
  • Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process
  • Responsible in encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Responsible for the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring accuracy in providing hiring rates, start dates and program allocation
  • Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science Human Resources and related degree
  • At least two 2+ years doing end to end recruitment in a BPO/call center setting handling Technical/IT related requirements
  • Must have offshore client management experience
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule.
