Identify, engage, attract, and recruit passive candidates from top-tier environments for our positions in the APAC region

Adecco is partnering with a global IT consulting firm and they are looking for technical recruiter to handle end to end recruitment activities for the apac region.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies ( sourcing, selection and assessment)
  • Proactively search and contact passive candidates to introduce them potential open positions
  • Build a talent pipeline for the upcoming roles
  • Experience in running TA programs (Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding, Mass Recruitment Exercise and Vendor management

    • Job Requirement

  • Recruitment experience within the IT industry is a must; as the candidate is expected to be very familiar with the full spectrum of IT functions, specialties and roles needed in an end-to-end IT solutions, development and architectural environment
  • Experience in managing Volume Hiring and enjoying it is a must
