We are looking for an ambitious, passionate, and positive Senior Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our teams.
The responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles for our international teams. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Responsibilities Solid understanding of the resources needs of all areas in the different studios Strategically collaborate with HR and hiring managers from the different studios to understand their specific hiring goals and influence hiring best practices with a diversity focus Find efficient sourcing channels Actively contribute to establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally Manage multiple exciting full-cycle searches that ensure a smooth and exceptional candidate experience Create a top candidate experience during all stages of the talent acquisition process sourcing, interviewing, debriefing, and offer & salary negotiation process Find and engage passive candidates through innovative search and sourcing methods Support continuous improvement efforts and help to define, manage, and improve the TA strategy and process for Virtuos Singapore Stay up to date on talent acquisition trends, tools, and resources Engage in Talent Acquisition related projects as needed
Requirements Proven work experience with 3+years experience in house or agency with regional/international exposure (Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, China, Europe) to recruitment/sourcing in a high-volume environment Ability to consistently contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks The ideal candidate will have experience working within the tech or video game industry Attentive to detail and well-organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth company Hands-on experience with various interview formats and sourcing techniques Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavioural) Motivated by promoting our branding and creating new ways of attracting targeted candidates Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Strong decision-making skill Preferably BS/MS in Human Resources Management/Psychology
