Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage recruitment processes in line with agreed priorities, ensuring excellent candidate experience and fast turn-around times;
  • Natural sales ability and a hunter mentality with keeping KPIs in mind. You will be expected to recruit between 3-5 new joiners every month, in roles with varying complexity along with backfilling of the existing employees who quit;
  • Track record in account management with yearly revenue targets;
  • Close collaboration with teams with subsidiaries and at headquarters for bringing in new and collaborative ideas. Design and drive adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices;
  • Proven track record in hiring for niche skills. Sourcing and recruiting experience with technologies like Java, JS/Angular, Datastage, Middleware, Allegro, QA, Functional Analysts, Talend, MDM, .Net/C# etc.;
  • Able to deliver within a high demanding environment and should be able to prioritize the requirements. You can extend offers, close candidates, and document results to further improve to offer acceptance rate;
  • Engage business managers, establish collaborative and influential working relationships through consistent communication and reporting
  • Ability to deliver presentations during client meetings, and work closely with the Sales team to improve efficiency;
  • Inherent curious with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment, that is fast-paced and oftentimes ambiguous.

  • 10+ years of experience of recruiting in the IT industry and highly preferable if you have experience in IT Services company in the local market;
  • Rich sourcing experience by using traditional and non-traditional sources like database, networks, job boards, social media, Google X-Ray search, LinkedIn. LinkedIn Recruiter expertise is highly desired;
  • Proficiency in 'Profil Search' and usage of psychometric analytic tools such as Assess First;
  • Must be familiar with setting up a technical tests on various platforms such as Codility, hacker rank based on the job requirements;
  • Should be able to use and broadcast on social media platforms and highly advantageous if recruitment is coupled with an understanding of marketing KPIs;
  • Talent mapping and ability to create talent personas to fill in the niche skills;
  • Should be ready to travel frequently to APAC especially India to help in setting up centre delivery team;
  • CEI certified candidates would be given preference;
  • All shortlisted candidates will be asked to sit for a reasoning test to proceed ahead to the next round.
