What youll be responsible for Planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition strategies and best practice recruitment methods Managing and optomising the entire recruitment process (including onboarding) Driving strategic projects which enhance the Employee Value Proposition and External Brand and builds & promotes a Talent Pipeline. Delivering proactive Competitive Mapping and headhunt activity across the team Working closely with Senior Leadership and Managers to understand their staffing requirements Management the assessment process for candidates across multiple disciplines: Cloud Engineering & Architecture, Technical Consulting, Agile Project Delivery, Cloud Security Engineering, corporate office (Finance, Legal, IT etc) Delivering innovative and creative talent strategies, identifying non-traditional and diverse talent pools Driving internal mobility & building diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing leveraging proactive and innovative recruitment tools & channels Supporting and delivering best-in-class social media and branding initiatives Tracking and analysing effectiveness of recruiting/marketing/branding efforts to ensure the best return on investments Drive delivery of a best in class experience for all candidates
What you will bring to the role 5+ years Agency or Internal Recruitment experience in ICT (and preferably with a specialisation in Cloud and DevOps) Strong track record of utilising contemporary sourcing and employer branding techniques, candidate management methodologies and best practice recruitment methods Experience in overseeing all end to end recruitment activities and service delivery across the organisation (hiring requirements, reporting, sourcing, assessment, on boarding etc) A proven track record of leading and growing Talent Acquisition teams Ability to navigate ambiguity and constant change, and ability to develop strategy, set priorities and deliver to commitments against the defined strategy. Data driven and analytical thinking to drive resourcing decisions Strategic thinker with a creative, curious, and innovative mindset Passion for talent pipelining and nurturing high-value talent Proven track record of business partnering and managing senior executive stakeholder relationships Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to drive innovative Direct Sourcing initiatives through Social Media and other Platforms
Desirable Skills Tertiary Qualified Degree (preferred but not essential) Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter User and proactive sourcing experience
