Job Summary

PubNub is looking for a Senior APAC Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter based in Singapore to help us quickly expand PubNub in the region! Your role will help us source a wide variety of technical sales and marketing team members with country-specific knowledge and open up new markets for PubNub in the region. We are looking for someone who can work independently but in close partnership with our hiring managers to meet our hiring goals in APAC.

Your Job

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting and aggressive candidate sourcing for technical Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM roles.
  • Aggressively source passive candidates with niche skill sets through sourcing tools, networking events, and referrals.
  • Consult with US and APAC managers to understand and influence hiring goals in the region.
  • Partner to implement and drive consistent corporate image and branding campaigns in the region in support of our hiring goals
  • Partner with recruiting coordinator(s) and directly with hiring managers to expedite interview scheduling
  • Become an expert on PubNub products, teams, and culture through ongoing partnerships and interactions with managers and groups across the company.
  • Qualifications:

  • At least 7+ years of experience sourcing a wide variety of technical go-to-market talent from Singapore
  • Experience sourcing talent with country-specific expertise
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding hiring plan goals
  • Proven experience working with senior management to execute and influence APAC hiring strategies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
  • Experience working independently (ideally in a high-tech environment) to run multiple challenging priorities and to constantly reprioritize based on real-time data
  • Familiarity working with ATS software and resume databases
