As a member of the Data Centre Solutions (DCS) Team within Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment activities across Asia Pacific & driving Talent Acquisition strategies that will enable the growth of the business line in region.

Heres a snapshot of your day;

  • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for the business line across the region, aligned with the wider CBRE group and ensure consistencies with the global business objectives.
  • Driving & improving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Partnering with senior & executive leadership team within the organization to proactive track ongoing & upcoming hiring needs of their business
  • Work on workforce planning & talent acquisition resource planning to address current & pipelined hiring needs
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
  • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
  • Here are some of the strengths youll possess and the background youll need to be successful;

  • Experience in leadership role within talent acquisition (either in in-house or agency environment) will be of advantage
  • Experience in the relevant markets / regions will be of advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in managing different levels of stakeholders
  • Experience working in a matrix set-up
