TA Partners at Workday are trusted advisors to our stakeholders and leaders. We partner with them to coach and advise them on attraction, selection and hiring of talent.We recruit to a very high level and standard. About You

So, what are we looking for
Your network and experience is in hiring Account Executives and supporting sales roles within an organisation that sells enterprise technology. Please outline this in your resume.
In-house experience is preferred, but open to those from an agency background
While we have strong passive sourcing channels, those who find success in sourcing their own candidates perform best. This is a core requirement
Candidate management, screening and closing skills need to be exceptional
You're comfortable managing 10 to 15 requisitions at a time and routinely deliver 8 to 10 hires a quarter with ease
