What we're looking for:
You are a Talent Acquisition Partner with over with 10+ years of work experience and a Bachelors degree. You have a proven record of accomplishment in researching and successfully recruiting candidates for difficult-to-fill positions. You are someone who has excellent business partnering, organization-savvy to navigate matrix, experienced in stakeholder management and a strong communicator as well as a negotiator. You understand businesses and are passionate to do whatever it takes to attract the best talent for our organization!
In this role, you will be responsible to recruit the best in class talent for Citrix. Capable of developing recruitment tactics with internal stakeholders and sourcing for best-fit candidates. Provides excellent Candidate and Hiring Manager experience through strong organization skills, partnering and leveraging on workday and tableau data analytics to engage stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.
Empowered to use variety of progressive sourcing techniques including LinkedIn and other social media to identify, attract and develop top talent pipeline for both active and passive candidates
Enjoy out of the box to support Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging agenda to curating strong employer branding and value proposition to better attract candidates
Involved in regional and global projects and processes to leverage best practices for APJ
Build relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their business and hiring needs
Collaborates with HR team to determine workforce planning and hiring forecast for internal stakeholders
Meets with hiring managers for initial consultations on open requisitions
Be resourceful to engage regional team members, HR and hiring managers to create sourcing plan
Management of recruitment process using Workday posting process for all open requisitions
To identify and implement creative recruiting tactics to meet business requirements
Provide support to end-to-end recruiting needs and related TA audits processes
Accountability to fill open requisitions within established time to fill guidelines
Bachelors degree with a Can Do Attitude
At least 10 years of TA experience in high tech, IT or commercial/sales organization
Experienced IT/high-tech industry hiring from reputable agencies are welcome to apply
Proven ability to fill positions within required time frame with highly qualified candidates
Excellent communicator, strong business partnering and huge passion for recruitment!
