We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for our team in Singapore. You will be leading the Talent Acquisition team with 4 direct reports.

About the job:

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Director of People, you will be responsible for attracting culturally aligned and talented candidates.


  • Partner closely with the Director of People, and other functional leads to drive progressive change improving candidate experience and talent density
  • Manage and improve an exceptional candidate experience that represents foodpandas employee experience
  • Refine talent acquisition metrics and reporting
  • Conceptualize, manage and own end-to-end Talent Acquisition programs, this includes diversifying and strengthening our recruitment strategies and channels
  • Define priorities and SLAs for the team
  • Scale the TA team and continue to build business-centric talent acquisition capabilities
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and internal recruiting policy and practices are properly executed
  • Advise the team on recruitment data collection and analysis on best practices ( Candidate CRM, channel effectiveness etc.)
  • Any other HR/Recruitment projects as assigned
  • Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of talent acquisition and employer branding

  • You know how to organize your workload and set priorities
  • You like to think positively, proactive and enjoy working hands-on
  • Highly pragmatic approach to keep an overview, especially in stressful situations
