We are delighted to be working exclusively with one of our global partners. Our client is a technology company with a renowned presence across the Asia region. Due to their rapid growth plans in the region, they are setting up their regional HQ in Singapore and is looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to be part and grow their presences in Singapore.
Reporting through to the Director of HR, you will be apart of the management team in driving and spearheading all aspects of talent acquisition activities across the organisation. You will work very closely with the business leaders and will play a critical role in developing and implementing the talent acquisition strategy for the organization. You will also be directing and managing the Group's Talent Acquisition team across the region. Furthermore, you will partner with business leaders to identify and fill executive talent gaps. As a Talent acquisition leader, you will be developing new recruitment strategies and roadmaps that are align with the company's objectives and business plans.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven Talent Acquisition leader with executive presence and astute commercial mind and the ability to effectively partner with HR, Business Leaders and Vendors. Prior experience working in the technology industry is mandatory . Prior experience working in a highly matrixed international work environment is advantageous. You will possess extensive managerial experience and the ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels within the organization. This role would suit an individual who thrives in a fast paced, results driven environment and who works well in time critical situations.
