Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for whole process of the recruitment for all active openings of Marine Online offices worldwide.
  • Execute an effective and fast recruitment processes to achieve recruitment KPI.
  • Liaise with department managers/HODs to understand the job requirements to fulfil the business needs.
  • Responsible for managing whole recruitment cycle. e.g. pre-screening of CVs , arrangement of interviews, conduct interview (phone /face to face, video conference etc), compile interview feedbacks, prepare submission documents for senior managements approval etc.
  • Update candidate the interview outcome and recruitment process.
  • Liaise and update department managers/HODs on positions to be filled.
  • Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress.
  • Prepare Letters of Offers and make job offer. Negotiate terms & conditions if necessary.
  • Work with website vendors (JobsDB, JobStreet, Monster, Efinancial Careers etc) to maintain and update job postings in a timely manner.
  • May necessary to take up some ad hoc recruitment project.
  • Requirement:

    Professional Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent

    Minimum 5 years of HR /Recruitment experience in similar capacity in MNC environment, preferable in Oil & Gas industry.

    Have full spectrum or some hands on experience on other HR functions such as T&D, ER, and C&B are preferred.

    Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

    Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous

    Have sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and be able to work under high pressure

    A positive attitude with pleasant personality and strong drive to succeed

    Good interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to communicate well with senior management and candidates.

    Bilingual in English and Mandarin and well versed in transition and Chinese typing to communicate with HQ in Mainland China.
