  • Excellent Relationship Management with Business and HR leadership stakeholders, leadership candidates and extended global HR communities.
  • Partner and consult with East Asia and Japan zones Business and HR Leaders as a Talent Acquisition advisor, identify talent needs & develop hiring strategies to attract leadership profiles and talents in the market.
  • Influence & convince on talent market related matters as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Act as an Schneider Electric Brand Ambassador to both internal and external leadership candidates and stakeholders.
  • Act like an owner

  • Lead, manage and coordinate the end to end Talent Acquisition process for assigned senior leadership hiring across East Asia and Japan zone.
  • Partner with stakeholders and create recruitment strategy reflective of current and future leadership talent needs.
  • Own your Talent Acquisition space, constantly strive to delight your customers by being forward thinking and agile.
  • Track, recommend and drive talent pipeline activities and improvements, proactively share results with your stakeholders.
  • Continuously challenge yourself the status quo when identifying and securing top talents and adopt new ways of thinking.
  • Understand job/talent market intelligence, utilize data and information to influence & convince stakeholders.
  • Be instrumental to the success of Schneider Electric Employer Branding Programs and Initiatives targeted at Senior Leadership talents.
  • Lead and participate in regular Business Reviews, Hiring Reviews and HR Council Meetings as required.

  • As a strategic partner, you are an expert in the Talent Acquisition space and your industry.
  • Work in partnership with HR leadership communities and Business leadership to identify synergies, business opportunities, and connects the dots for Talent Acquisition activities.

  • Strong business acumen, seeking out regular customer cadence.
  • Champion in emerging trends in the Talent Acquisition space, being well versed in new ways of doing things.

  • Qualifications


    Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or Human Resource.
  • Proven track records in handling senior leadership roles in Asia.
  • Proven ability to influence, convince and engage business leadership stakeholders, HR leaders and senior level candidates.
  • Experience and exposure to complex Talent Acquisition projects (cross business verticals, cross functional, global) preferred.
  • Possess collaborative work style and an unwavering customer centric approach to create value to the business and make positive business impact.
  • Proven track records in maintaining data accuracy and drive quality operational excellence.
  • Proven experience in embracing and helping to lead change,
  • Proven ability to build market insights, nurture talent pipeline and directly source talents.
  • Experience using ATS, CRMs systems and various platforms of social media to attract, identify and select talents.
  • Proven to be a trusted advisor to the HR and business leaders, mentor and coach to peers.
