Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Support the HR Manager across the full-spectrum of C&B activities which includes annual performance management exercise, annual salary review, bonus, benefits and annual C&B budget exercise
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, conduct salary and benefits benchmark and market competitive analysis for total rewards
  • Lead and manage annual medical insurance review exercise
  • Administering the Group's Benefit plans including employee benefits insurance and claims management
  • Manage payroll processing for the Local employees
  • Mange and ensure timely submission of grant claims, monthly CPF payments, tax filing for both local and foreign employees, NS make-up pay claims, government paid leave claims etc.
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls on payroll systems and compliance with tax and other payroll related legislation
  • Requirements:

  • Degree graduate in Human Resource Management or related field of studies
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in C&B
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness and to guide users on any system matters
  • Knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and payroll process
  • Prior manufacturing or semiconductor industries would be a strong advantage
