Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Calculate salaries and wages, plus benefits, payroll-related taxes, overtime pay and compensation by monthly
  • Develop and implement Compensation & Benefits strategy and programs
  • Provide compensation recommendations for various employees' C&B requirements, long term and short team incentive compensation plans, market benchmarking, package structure design, talent management, benefits project, and etc
  • Constantly review compensation and benefits strategies, policies and guidelines, ensuring they remain relavant and competitive while maintaining internal equity for Singapore, China and Asian Southeast Asia regions
  • Collaborate closely with business eladers, HRBPs and multiple stakeholders, including senior management to manage compensation and benefits projects end to end
  • Provide support in additional ad hoc requests during quarterly and year end reporting requirements and audits
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and synthesize data to assess feasibility of proposed compensation and benefots projects
  • Other temporart task assigned by line manager
  • Requirements:

  • A recognized university degree/diploma in Financial or HR related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll, familiar with labor law and insurance, house allowance policy
  • A combination of payroll, taxation and/or auditing experience is a plus
  • Prior HR system user experience
  • Experience in tech startups or large internet companies and people initiatives is a plus
  • Highly motivated self-starter with independent decision-making ability and excellent problem-solving skill
  • Analytical with strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
