Senior Sourcer - Go-to-Market
We are looking for a Senior Sales Sourcer to help us grow our Go-to-Market organization across APJ. You will be the driving force behind finding and engaging with some of the finest talents in the industry. Sourcers at Databricks are subject matter experts when it comes to talent attraction and are given full autonomy to bring new ideas and creative approaches to life.
You will work with recruiters and hiring managers as a strategic partner advising on things such as D&I hiring, sourcing strategies, long-term engagement strategies, competitive intelligence, and talent insights. You will report directly to the Snr Manager - Talent Acquisition - APJ.
The impact you will have: Find, assess and present profiles for a variety of Sales & Technical opportunities to help grow our APJ footprint. Engage with passive talent using sourcing tools and using strategic sourcing methodologies. Use data to assess the market, talent map, and build diverse pipelines. Offer an extraordinary candidate experience to all potential candidates.
What we look for: Deep-level sourcing expertise. Expertise in passive candidate engagement and building long-term engagement strategies. Experience implementing creative approaches to talent acquisition, with knowledge of the latest resources and techniques. Effective relationship builder able to network and drive referrals both internally and within the market.
