About The Role
Reporting to Manager, Human Resource Asia South, you are responsible for supporting the delivery of HR services in deployment of HR strategies, policies and procedures within agreed timeframe and service levels. Contribute actively to the development of the overall HR strategy and initiatives to ensure smooth operations/implementation. Key Accountabilities Manage and support annual leave management system for expatriates, rep offices and local hire employees and interns. Attend to employees queries pertaining to all leave related queries. Manage, maintain and upkeep all employees records and document in SAP HR system and also in the maintenance of all physical and electronic employee personnel files to ensure 100% accuracy and security of employee data as per the PDPA act. SAP HR master data maintenance for all employee movement eg onboarding, new hires updates, promotions, transfers, re-designation, resignations/terminations with annual leave encashment and AWS payments to facilitate the monthly payroll. Manage and support all ESC (Employee Status Change) actions and documentation to ensure timely completion of all employee movements. SAP Time Management administration & maintenance of Absences database in the Time Management system. Provide HR data for regular Government related matters and reporting eg. Childcare, Maternity, NS Make-up claims, etc Monitor and ensure timely and accurate submission of all government related pay claims using Corp pass Responsible for all timely and accurate application, renewal and cancellation of all work related passes for all employee Prepare and perform letters generation eg. Variable payout, Annual Wage Supplement, Merit Increase & all other required letters etc. Prepare quarterly Long Service Award listing, letters, certificates and slides in ensuring timely administration of the Award and payment to the employee. Administer the Group Insurance and Health screening benefits for employee. This includes; point of contact for all insurance claims matters, queries, additions/deletions of employees for insurance coverage, issuance of LOG and invoices. Support the annual renewal of Group & Rep Offices Insurance and Health Screening benefit for Borouge to ensure timely renewal of the employee benefit plans. Provide monthly HR reports for reporting and support in all ad-hoc HR data analysis and reports for Business or Management as requested. Partnering with procurement in full cycle of procurement exercise in awarding eg health screening/ any other external services for the company. Provide support for end to end expatriate management in the support of International Assignments (IA) onboarding and offboarding coordination internally and externally. Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team as and when requested for recruitment and onboarding activities. Review and perform improvements on the existing practices, processes, workflow, procedures, etc for enhancements. Undertake any other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned by Manager and Head of Regional HR, AS and ensure timely delivery as per project requirements. Qualifications & Experiences Degree in Human Resource Management Strong knowledge of employment laws in Singapore and preferably some knowledge in other Asia Pacific regions (ie. Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, India and Egypt) Minimum 2 years relevant experience in HR Operations/Shared Services, Employee relations, Expatriate management, payroll administration and HR generalist role. Good knowledge of SAP HRIS and MS Office (eg Excel, Words and PPT) is a must Knowledge in data analytics or data science is preferred Strong communication, interpersonal and planning skills. Organised, detailed, team worker and customer oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines IHRP certification is advantageous Internal Applicant Statement
